Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is available to existing tenants and new tenants who have confirmed a booking for the 2027 academic year.
2. A successful referral will result in £250 in Flow credit, split equally between the referrer and the referee (£125 each).
3. Both the referrer and referee must be booked at and moving into the same site. They do not need to be in the same apartment.
4. Referrals are subject to manual validation by the promoter.
5. Flow credit may be used towards rent and/or laundry services and has no cash value.
6. Both the referrer and referee must confirm their Flow credit allocation within 30 days of their respective move-in dates.
7. A maximum of three (3) successful referrals per person per contract term is permitted.
8. The referral credit will only be awarded once both parties have moved into their rooms and have active tenancy agreements.
9. If the referee defers, cancels, changes site, or does not move in for any reason, the referral will be deemed invalid and no credit will be awarded.
10. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals or referrals that cannot be validated will not be accepted.
11. This offer may be combined with other promotions, including rebooking and new booking offers, unless stated otherwise.
12. Flow credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and any unused credit may expire in accordance with Flow terms.
13. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.
