Who can refer a friend?

Any current Flow Student resident can refer a friend, as long as both of you are full-time students studying in the UK.

Who can be referred?

Friends, course mates, or flatmates who are new to Flow Student and looking to move in.

Can I refer someone in a different city?

Yes. Referrals can be made across any Flow Student location UK wide, regardless of where you currently live.

When do we receive the £125 reward?

Once the referred resident has moved in and successfully completed the vetting process.

How will the reward be paid?

The reward is issued as Flow credit by default, which can be used against rent or laundry.

The £125 reward can alternatively be claimed as cash back, if residents pay fully upfront for accommodation.

Do both people have to be students?

Yes. Both the referrer and the referred resident must be full-time students in the UK, with a valid visa and right to study where applicable.

Can I combine this with other offers?

No. The Refer a Friend reward cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated otherwise.

Refer a Friend – Terms & Conditions: 1. The Refer a Friend reward is £125 per person, available to both the referrer and the referred resident. 2. The reward is issued as Flow credit by default, which has no cash value. 3. Flow credit is applied immediately once the referred resident has moved in and successfully completed the vetting process. 4. Cash back is available for residents who have paid for accommodation up front, subject to processing.Cash payments may take up to 12 weeks to be transferred and will be paid via bank transfer. 5. Referrals are open to current Flow Student residents only and can be made across any Flow Student location in the UK, regardless of the city the referrer currently lives in. 6. Both the referrer and the referred resident must be full-time students studying in the UK, with a valid visa and right to study, where applicable. 7. The referral reward applies to new bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise. 8. The scheme is operated by MCR Students Ltd, trading as Flow Student, which reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.
