£400 Cashback + Summer Stay Offer (Unity Square and Haigh Court) T&Cs

Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is available to existing tenants only who are eligible to rebook accommodation at a participating site and who complete their rebooking on or before 31 March (“Offer Period”).

2. The offer consists of £400 cashback and a complimentary Summer Stay, subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.

3. The offer is non transferable, non refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative benefit, except for the cashback element as expressly stated below.
Cashback
4. The £400 cashback will be processed and issued in accordance with the tenant’s tenancy agreement and payment schedule.

5. Cashback will only be issued provided the tenant has successfully moved into their rebooked accommodation and is not in breach of their tenancy agreement at the time the cashback is due.
Summer Stay
6. The Summer Stay covers the period between the expiry of the tenant’s current tenancy agreement and the commencement of their new tenancy agreement.

7. The Summer Stay must be taken consecutively and cannot be split, deferred or transferred.

8. The Summer Stay will be provided at the same site as the tenant’s rebooked accommodation.

9. The Summer Stay is subject to room availability and may be provided in the tenant’s current room or an alternative room at the same site, at the promoter’s discretion.

10. The Summer Stay has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded or credited if not used in full or in part.
General
11. If a tenant cancels their rebooking, fails to move in, or terminates their tenancy early, both the cashback and Summer Stay will be forfeited.

12. This offer may only be used in conjunction with the Refer a Friend offer and may not be combined with any other promotion, discount or incentive.

13. The promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw or substitute the offer at any time, including in cases of error, fraud, misuse or availability constraints.

14. All bookings, stays and payments remain subject to the promoter’s standard tenancy terms and conditions.
