Price Freeze or £250 Cashback Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is available to existing tenants at Pillar Box only who are eligible to rebook and who complete their rebooking on or before 31 March (“Offer Period”).
2. The rebooking offer available is room type specific and will be applied as outlined below.
3. The offer is non transferable, non refundable and subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Classic Ensuite – Price Freeze
4. Tenants rebooking a Classic Ensuite room will be eligible for a price freeze, meaning the weekly room rate for the new tenancy will be the same as the tenant’s current room rate.
5. The price freeze applies to the room rate only and excludes any additional charges, fees or optional services.
6. The price freeze applies for the full duration of the new tenancy agreement, provided the tenant completes move in as scheduled.
Superior Studio – £250 Cashback
7. Tenants rebooking a Superior Studio will be eligible to receive £250 cashback.
8. Cashback will be processed and issued in accordance with the tenant’s tenancy agreement and payment schedule.
9. Cashback will only be issued once the tenant has successfully moved into their rebooked accommodation and is not in breach of their tenancy agreement at the time the cashback is due.
General
10. If a tenant cancels their rebooking, fails to move in, or terminates their tenancy early, any price freeze or cashback entitlement will be forfeited.
11. This offer may only be used in conjunction with the Refer a Friend offer and may not be combined with any other promotion, discount or incentive.
12. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time, including in cases of error, misuse or availability constraints.
13. All rebookings remain subject to the promoter’s standard tenancy terms and conditions.
