Flow Student has officially arrived in Canterbury, and we’re excited to welcome Parham Student Village into the Flow community.

This well-established student village offers 606 beds in a prime location, just a short walk from the city centre — making it easy to get to lectures, explore the city, or meet friends for a coffee.

If you’ve already booked a room at Parham Student Village for next year, there’s nothing to worry about, you’re all set!

Your booking and deposit are secure, you’ll move into the room you chose, and our on-site team will be there to support you every step of the way.

We’ll be refurbishing the site carefully, flat by flat, to avoid disruption. Alongside this, we’ll be rolling out the full Flow rebrand, updating spaces to be practical, comfortable, and finished to our highest standards.

Life at Parham

Life at Parham will feel just as you know it. You’ll still be supported by Alice, our on-site manager, who’s always on hand to answer questions, help with day-to-day needs, and keep everything running smoothly.
