Flow Student launches as a £360m purpose-built student accommodation platform, bringing together over 4,500 operational beds across Sheffield, Liverpool, Coventry, Sunderland, Nottingham and Canterbury.
Further growth is progressing in Bradford and Preston, alongside pipeline developments in Glasgow and Birmingham.
Our pathway towards 15,000 operational beds, with a portfolio value exceeding £1 billion, reflects our long-term conviction in UK higher education.
We are focused on a mix of Russell Group universities and specialist cities with sustained student demand and international appeal. These are cities where academic strength endures and where demand continues to outpace supply.
But growth alone is not the ambition.
The ambition is to build enduring value, for students, parents and university partners alike.
A Strengthened Leadership Team
Today’s launch is supported by clear leadership and accountability across the platform.
Richard Bolger leads operational delivery, overseeing national standards, service integration and on-site performance.
Nick Lake, as Fund Director, oversees asset strategy, capital allocation and disciplined expansion — ensuring that every acquisition and investment supports long-term stability.
Tom Booth leads brand, marketing and platform development, bringing consistency to the student experience as the platform scales nationally.
Alongside them, expanded on-site teams are now embedded across our properties to enhance day-to-day student support and service delivery.
Flow Student brings ownership, brand and operations together into one aligned structure — giving us clarity, consistency and direct accountability.
