New Booking Offer T&Cs - £250 Flow Credit for new applicants
Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is available to new tenants only who make a confirmed booking for accommodation at a participating site on or before 31 March (“Offer Period”).
2. The offer applies to all contract lengths.
3. Eligible tenants will receive £250 in Flow credit to be used towards rent and or laundry services.
4. The Flow credit allocation must be confirmed by the tenant within 30 days of their move in date.
5. Any portion of the Flow credit allocated towards rent will be applied to the first rent instalment only.
6. Where a tenant allocates any portion of the Flow credit towards laundry, the site manager will arrange a laundry card loaded with the allocated value.
7. Any unused laundry credit will expire at the end of the tenancy and will not be refunded or carried forward.
8. Flow credit has no cash value, is non transferable and non refundable.
9. The offer will only be applied once the tenant has successfully moved in and all required booking and compliance checks have been completed.
10. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or incentive, except for the Refer a Friend offer.
11. If a tenant cancels their booking or does not move in, the offer will be void.
12. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time, including in cases of error, fraud or misuse.
