Flow Students is offering a Book 6 Weeks, Get 1 Free Summer BookingOffer to eligible students booking summer accommodation at Arkwright House, Bradford in 2026.
• The Offer means that if You make a Summer Booking for yourselfdirectly with Flow Students for a minimum of six (6) weeks, or any longerperiod, you will receive one week for free. For the avoidance of doubt, thefinal week of the Summer Booking will be free and will be refunded aftercheck-in, subject to the terms below.
• Summer Period means applicable stay dates between 1 May 2026 and 30 September 2026.
• Summer Booking means a completed booking for the Summer Period at an Eligible Room, pursuant to which:
- You have signed a summer licence with Flow Students which has been accepted;
- You have paid the licence fee in full; and

Offer Fulfilment
• The free week will be refunded after check-in.
• Flow Students will contact you after check-in to arrange the refund.
• You may be required to provide certain information in order for Flow Students to process the refund.
• If You do not provide the required information within the time frame requested by Flow Students, the refund may be forfeited.

Cancellations + Early Termination
• If a booking is cancelled prior to move-in, the Offer will become void.
• If a Summer Booking is cancelled, terminated early, or released early, Flow Students reserves the right to rescind the Offer and/or deduct the value of the free week from any refund due.

Flow Students reserves the right to:

Flow Students will not be liable for any loss or damages arising as aresult of participating in this promotion.
