Yes we do accept BOTH UK and International Guarantors.  To act as a guarantor, individuals must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Demonstrate financial stability such as bank statements or proof of employment and the ability to meet the tenant’s obligations if required
• Provide appropriate ID and verification documentation such as passport etc.

UK Guarantors

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Provide valid ID and proof of address

International Guarantors

• May be accepted subject to additional verification checks
• Must accept that the guarantee is governed by English law
