Clanny House
Re-Booker Offer T&Cs

Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is available to existing tenants who are eligible to rebook accommodation at a participating site and who complete their rebooking on or before 31 March 2026 (“Offer Period”).

2. For the 2026/27 academic year, room rates will increase compared to the tenant’s current tenancy rate. Eligible tenants who rebook within the Offer Period will receive a 5% reduction against the standard published 2026/27 room rate applicable to their chosen room type.

3. The 5% reduction is applied to the standard 2026/27 rate only. After application of the reduction, the resulting tenancy rate will reflect an approximate 3% increase compared to the tenant’s current 2025/26 tenancy rate, representing a 5% saving against the full standard increase.

4. The reduced rate will be confirmed in the tenant’s 2026/27 tenancy agreement and payment schedule at the point of rebooking.

Eligibility & Application
1. The rate reduction:
- Applies only to rebookings completed within the Offer Period.
- Applies to the standard published 2026/27 rate for the selected room type at the time of rebooking.
- Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative benefit.
- Cannot be applied retrospectively to rebookings completed outside of the Offer Period.
- If a tenant changes room type after rebooking, the 5% reduction will apply only to the standard rate of the newly selected room type, subject to availability and eligibility.

Forfeiture
1. If a tenant cancels their rebooking, fails to move into the rebooked accommodation, or terminates their tenancy early, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the rate reduction and reinstate the standard published rate.

General
1. This offer may only be used in conjunction with the Refer a Friend offer and may not be combined with any other promotion, discount or incentive unless expressly stated.

2. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer at any time in cases of error, fraud, misuse, availability constraints or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

3. All rebookings remain subject to the promoter’s standard tenancy terms and conditions.
