1. This offer is available to existing tenants only who are eligible to rebook accommodation at a participating site and who complete their rebooking on or before 31 March (“Offer Period”).
2. Eligible tenants will receive £250 cashback, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
3. The offer is non transferable, non refundable and may not be exchanged for any alternative benefit.

4. The £250 cashback will be processed and issued in accordance with the tenant’s tenancy agreement and payment schedule.
5. Cashback will only be issued once the tenant has successfully moved into their rebooked accommodation and is not in breach of their tenancy agreement at the time the cashback is due.

Summer Stay
6. If a tenant cancels their rebooking, fails to move in, or terminates their tenancy early, the cashback entitlement will be forfeited.
7. This offer may only be used in conjunction with the Refer a Friend offer and may not be combined with any other promotion, discount or incentive unless expressly stated.
8. The promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel the offer at any time, including in cases of error, fraud, misuse or availability constraints.
9. All rebookings remain subject to the promoter’s standard tenancy terms and conditions.
