Price Freeze Rebooking Offer (Park Village) Rebook on or before 31 March | Existing tenants only
Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is available to existing tenants only who are eligible to rebook accommodation at a participating site and who complete their rebooking on or before 31 March (“Offer Period”).
2. Eligible tenants will receive a price freeze, meaning the weekly room rate for their rebooked accommodation will be the same as their current room rate.
3. The price freeze applies to the room rate only and does not include any additional charges, fees, utilities, service charges or optional extras.
4. The price freeze will apply for the full duration of the new tenancy agreement, provided the tenant successfully moves in as scheduled.
5. The offer is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any alternative benefit.

6. If a tenant cancels their rebooking, fails to move in, or terminates their tenancy early, the price freeze will no longer apply.
7. This offer may only be used in conjunction with the Refer a Friend offer and may not be combined with any other promotion, discount or incentive unless expressly stated.
8. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time, including in cases of error, misuse or availability constraints.
9. All rebookings remain subject to the promoter’s standard tenancy terms and conditions.
