I haven’t moved in yet, but I’ve been in contact with Alice, the General Manager of PSV, via email since January 2026 through to March 2026. She has been incredibly responsive to all of my questions and very reassuring throughout

I have been really happy with my stay. The office staff are very welcoming, helpful and always happy to chat, which made settling in much easier. The refurbished rooms feel cosy, modern and homely, with plenty of natural light, nice views and good storage space. The area is peaceful with shops nearby, and the facilities are easy to use. Overall, a lovely place to live.

Moving into Parham Student Village was really easy, which was a huge relief since I was new to the UK. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the overall environment is calm. I’ve been lucky with my flatmates too.

I have been living at this property for a while, and it has been a comfortable and convenient experience. The location is ideal, close to ASDA, the city centre and the University of Kent.
