Students live independently, but within structured, well-managed buildings designed specifically for university life.

Yes. Flow Student is ANUK accredited under the National Code UK. This provides independent assurance that our buildings meet national benchmarks for safety and security, property management standards, maintenance and repairs, and transparent complaints procedures, which means our standards are externally recognised, not self-declared.

Yes. We understand that nursing and healthcare students often have early morning placements, rotational schedules and long study hours. Our buildings provide private bedrooms with dedicated study space, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, all-inclusive rent, and a quiet, secure environment to support that routine without added stress.

Full-time students are exempt from Council Tax in the UK, and if everyone living in the property is a full-time student, no Council Tax is payable. Flow Student accommodation is designed specifically for full-time students, so this isn’t charged as part of the rent.

To qualify, students need to be enrolled on a full-time course and meet the official government definition of a full-time student, and may need to provide proof of status if required. Students are responsible for confirming their exemption status with the local authority and where required, our team can provide guidance before booking if you are unsure.
