Yes — short stay summer accommodation is available at selected Flow Student residences, subject to availability. Bookings run from a minimum of 7 nights up to a maximum of 3 months. Places are limited, so we’d recommend enquiring early.

Yes — group bookings are welcome provided all guests are students or intending to study at a recognised educational institution. We recommend contacting the site team before booking so we can check availability and accommodate your group in the same apartment or nearby rooms where possible.

Summer stays are open to students enrolled on a recognised undergraduate, postgraduate, language, or professional education course in the UK. You’ll need to provide proof of student status — a student ID, university acceptance letter, or enrolment confirmation will all be accepted.

 Yes — existing residents can book a summer stay as an extension to their current tenancy. This works by ending your existing agreement and moving onto a new Short Stay Licence Agreement for the additional period.

 Pricing varies by property and availability. Full payment is required before arrival and is made via Stripe payment link, which you’ll receive during the booking process. If you’re paying within 48 hours of arrival, you may be asked to show proof of payment at check-in.

Your booking includes accommodation for your agreed dates, utility bills (electricity, heating, and water), internet access, and use of communal amenities where available. Basic contents insurance may also be included.

 Bedding, towels, crockery, cookware, and kitchen essentials are not provided as standard. Optional bedding and kitchen packs may be available to purchase — ask the site team for details.

Standard check-in is Monday to Friday between 1:00pm and 6:00pm. If you need to arrive outside these hours, please arrange this in advance with the site team. Check-out is by 10:00am on your departure date. Late check-out may incur an additional charge.

No security deposit is required. However, you will be responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning costs during your stay.

Visitors are welcome but must follow all residence rules. Overnight guests require prior approval from site management. You are responsible for the behaviour of anyone you invite onto the property.

 If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, a cancellation charge of up to 14 nights’ accommodation may apply. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days from your original check-in date.

No — summer stays are provided on a temporary licence to occupy basis. This means the booking does not create a tenancy, does not give you exclusive possession of the accommodation, and cannot be used as your sole or permanent address.

Some residences may run social events and activities throughout June and July. Event schedules vary by location — speak to your site team on arrival to find out what’s on during your stay.
