Three new student communities are joining Flow, giving students even more choice across the city
We’ve got some big news from Sheffield.
Flow Student is welcoming three new student accommodation communities to the family: Archways, Leadmill Point and Westhill Hall.
Together, they add 1,163 new beds to our Sheffield portfolio and take Flow Student to almost 2,000 beds across six locations in the city.
They’ll join our existing Sheffield communities at Park Village, The Moor and Truro Works, giving students even more choice when it comes to finding somewhere to live that works around university life.
More choice in one of the UK’s biggest student cities
Sheffield is already one of Flow Student’s biggest locations, and it’s easy to see why.
Home to both the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University, the city has a huge student community, a brilliant independent scene and plenty happening beyond campus.
Our three new properties are all located within easy reach of the city’s universities, while Archways and Leadmill Point are also just a short walk from Sheffield railway station.
That means more options for students looking for a well-connected home in the city, whether you want to be closer to campus, transport links or the centre of Sheffield.

Archways
218 student rooms in a well-connected Sheffield location.
Leadmill Point
446 student rooms, with major investment and refurbishment planned to give the property a fresh new look and feel.
Westhill Hall
499 student rooms, with further improvements planned as it becomes part of Flow Student.
Over the coming months, we’ll be working with our teams to bring each property into the Flow Student family and make sure students living with us get the experience, support and service they expect.
Investing in better student living
For us, growing isn’t simply about adding more rooms.

That means investing in our buildings, our teams and the overall student experience.
Leadmill Point will benefit from a significant refurbishment programme, while improvements are also planned at Archways and Westhill Hall.
And because we now have six Flow Student locations across Sheffield, our local teams will be able to work even more closely together to support residents across the city.

If you’re already living with Flow Student or have booked a room for the 2026/27 academic year, nothing changes with your booking.
Our existing Sheffield communities remain part of Flow Student as normal, and our teams will continue to be there to support you before, during and after move-in.
