Please bring the following items:

Proof that you are a student (e.g. a confirmation letter from your university, college, or language school) and photo ID (passport or driving license)

No — your contract covers you for the full academic term, so there’s no need to move out during holidays. If you’d like to stay over the summer, we’d recommend contacting the site team early to discuss a summer stay booking.

Before moving out, arrange a room inspection with the site team to ensure everything is in order. You’re responsible for leaving your room and shared living areas clean and tidy. You’ll need to vacate by a specific time on your departure date — keep an eye on your email and resident portal for details, or just ask the team.

This varies depending on your property location. The site team can advise on local transport links, walking routes, and cycling options for your specific property. Many of our properties are located close to universities and well-connected to public transport.
