Once you’ve submitted your booking, your guarantor will receive an email invitation to complete their section of the agreement online. They’ll be asked to review and sign the guarantor agreement digitally. If they have any difficulties, please ask them to contact the site team for assistance.
We aim to communicate directly with you wherever possible. However, if there is an issue with payments or a breach of your tenancy terms, we may need to contact your guarantor. We always handle this professionally and in line with our privacy obligations.
If your guarantor is unable or unwilling to sign, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll ask you to nominate an alternative eligible guarantor. If this isn’t possible, we can connect you with a third-party guarantor service to help you proceed with your booking.
Yes. If you’re unable to provide a guarantor, you can pay your full year’s rent in advance prior to move-in. Alternatively, we can connect you with Housing Hand, a third-party guarantor service. Additional costs apply — please visit the Housing Hand website for details.
