Rooms are ready for September and your official tenancy start date will be Saturday 12th September 2026

If you choose to pay by instalments, you will need a guarantor.

If you pay in full upfront, a guarantor is not required.

Clearing moves fast, so here’s the timeline you need to know about:
• 4th August: Scottish Highers results day
• 13th August: A-Level results day
• 31st August: Adjustment period closes
• 2nd September: Remaining offer conditions must be met
• Mid–late September: Move-in / Freshers’ Week
• 24th September: Final date to submit a new UCAS application
• 19th October: Final date to add a new Clearing choice
• 21st October: The last day universities have to get back to you
